Is AI replacing CAD designers?

AI is increasingly used to assist CAD designers by automating repetitive tasks and enhancing design processes, but it is not replacing the role entirely. CAD designers still require skills in creativity, technical knowledge, and software proficiency to interpret and refine AI-generated outputs. The integration of AI tools complements the work of CAD assistants rather than replacing them completely.
