Job Description:

Sales Admin Supervisor

Job Summary

In addition to the core sales administration duties, the Sales Admin supervisor also provides information and insight to enhance the sales admin team's effectiveness.

Principal Responsibilities

Provide guidance and training on sales administration practices, this includes processing of all tasks, calls, and leads.

Identify ongoing issues to Director of business development and provide recommendations.

Seek to identify opportunities to improve processes for the commercial & residential sales team.

Pull and complete daily, weekly and monthly reports as requested.

Support the Commercial Account Managers by entering setups and scheduling.

Manage communication with Branch Managers on escalated account issues.

Monitor the New Start chat for consistent reschedules and report to SM, BM & Sales Mgrs.

Route / Optimize New Start technicians. Report on opening hours to the sales team, SM & BM.

Act as the account manager for chain/large commercial accounts. This means ensuring proactive and timely communication that connects specifically with the customer.

Ensure all inboxes - Commercial & HOA are handled and responded to in a timely manner.

Approve timesheets, PTO requests and other workday needs of the sales admin team.

Track and Monitor call quality and SLA's of the tech line.

Oversee SALES ADMIN and initials get rescheduled as needed.

Comply with all company policies and procedures with all employees.

Other duties as assigned.
