Job description

Computational Physics/Aerosciences Engineer
Support on-going projects in aerodynamics, aeroelasticity, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), flight vehicle analysis and numerical methods supporting multiphysics modeling.
Support of method development for analysis of air vehicles in complex flow environments, study of internal or multi-phase flows, multiphysics modeling of particulate and/or aerosol transport, and flight vehicle aeromechanics.
PhD in a related field, preferably including independent research or work experience performed in this area, though a MS/MEng and sufficient experience may be considered.


Computer programming experience, numerical methods development and /or interface development in legacy and modern programming languages (e.g. FORTRAN, C and C++) is required
Experience developing software for High Performance Computing environments, GPUs or real-time applications is desirable.
