They will ensure that all systems are up-to-date, secure, and running smoothly. The IT Systems Administrator will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise and providing technical support to employees. Responsibilities * Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners * Monitor system performance and ensure that all systems are up-to-date and secure * Troubleshoot any issues that arise and provide technical support to employees * Manage user accounts and permissions * Ensure that all data is backed up and recoverable in the event of a disaster * Develop and maintain documentation of all systems and processes * Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems administration * Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners * Windows, Linux, VMWare * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks * Relevant professional certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are desirable.
