• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to effectively address clients' concerns.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure seamless integration of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
