We are seeking an experienced, hospitality minded Compounding Pharmacy Technician who wants to grow with our team. All Pharmacy Technicians are cross-trained in both Data Entry and our Compounding Lab to ensure a well-rounded understanding of pharmacy operations and to support team collaboration. 

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities: 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Handle inbound and outbound patient calls regarding prescription updates, refills, and general inquiries 

  • Accurately enter and process prescription orders using pharmacy-specific software 

  • Assist patients in person, providing exceptional customer service and support at pickup 

  • Prepare and package medications for shipment in accordance with pharmacy and regulatory standards 

  • Prepare compounded medications under the supervision of a pharmacist 

  • Fill and dispense commercial (non-compounded) medications 

  • Manage inventory, including monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed 

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the compounding lab and all pharmacy work areas 

  • Restock medications and supplies throughout the pharmacy 

  • Proactively assist with administrative and operational tasks to support the overall efficiency and success of the pharmacy 

    Qualifications Summary:

  • Active Texas (TSBP) Pharmacy Technician license in good standing

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
