Job description

We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for working with tools and machinery? We're looking for a Components Assembler to join our team and help build high-quality products with precision and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical components, sub-assemblies and finished products based on engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to assemble mechanical systems.
  • Inspect and test assembled parts for quality control, ensuring they meet required specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during the assembly process.
  • Collaborate with engineers and team members to ensure assembly processes run smoothly.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Follow safety protocols and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of assembly processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics required.
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Soldering or wiring experience is a bonus.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of mechanical assembly experience required.
