About the Role

As our Senior Quality Control Inspector, you’ll be the trusted set of eyes verifying that precision metal and plastic components from our factories meet the mark. You’ll evaluate incoming production, uncover nonconformities, and close the loop by coordinating with both suppliers and customers. Your work keeps returns low, standards high, and our documentation airtight.

A Day in the Life
  • Receive and perform technical inspections on components produced by our factories.
  • Identify and document quality issues, using appropriate measurement and test methods.
  • Communicate findings with suppliers and customers to drive resolution.
  • Process returns and support the corrective action cycle.
  • Create clear inspection reports and maintain accurate records in our ERP environment.
Inspection Tools & Methods You’ll Use
  • Calipers, pin gauges, optical comparators, and durometers.
  • Knowledge of materials, surface conditions, and industry quality standards.
  • Familiarity with production methods such as Casting, CNC machining, Stamping, Extrusions, Injection Molding, and Forging.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years in a quality assurance/control role focused on metal and/or plastic components.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively, with keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle deadlines.
  • General knowledge of ISO certification principles.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Outlook; ability to navigate Windows-based ERP software (NetSuite is a plus).
  • Experience addressing customer complaints and vendor material rejections is a plus.
