Job Description

We are seeking a Department Supervisor - Off Shift to lead and manage operations during evening/night  hours at our facility in Lincoln, United States. In this role, you will oversee daily departmental activities, supervise team members, and ensure that all operations meet our quality, safety, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, decisive problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain operational excellence during off-shift hours.

  • Supervise and manage department staff during assigned off-shift hours, providing direction, feedback, and performance coaching
  • Support multiple departments and troubleshoot issues across the production lines
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
  •  Ensure all associates are working to meet the organization’s metrics around safety, quality, delivery and cost
  • Address operational issues and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with other departments and shift supervisors to ensure seamless handoffs and communication
  • Uphold safety standards 
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing, operations, or similar environment
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work off-shift hours (evenings/nights)

ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT

  •  Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of supervisor experience
