Manager of Quality Whey Protein & Cheese ManufacturingMonroe, WI areaOur client is a global dairy ingredient manufacturer based out of Europe with 3 plants in the US, They are seeking an experienced QUALITY MANAGER to lead all quality and food safety functions within our DAIRY SPRAY DRYING PLANT located in Southern WI. This role ensures that all ingredients meet customer expectations,comply withregulatory requirements, and support a strong quality always culture across operations.The Manager of Quality will manage all aspects of food safety, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance programs within the facility. Key responsibilities include managing HACCP, auditing, supplier oversight, raw material quality, deviation investigations, CAPA, crisis management readiness, and quality reporting. This role partners closely with operations, production, and suppliers to ensure the highest product standards and continuous improvement across all processes.
