The Quality, Compliance, and Risk Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining quality management processes, compliance oversight, and enterprise risk management frameworks supporting programs for the Department of Defense Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO). This role ensures program delivery aligns with federal regulations, cybersecurity requirements, contractual obligations, and organizational quality standards. Responsibilities * Develop and implement program quality management frameworks and performance monitoring processes. * Establish compliance controls to ensure adherence to federal regulations, DoD policies, and contract requirements. * Lead risk management activities including risk identification, mitigation planning, and monitoring. * Coordinate internal audits, compliance reviews, and quality assurance assessments. * Maintain quality documentation, performance metrics, and compliance reporting. * Support continuous process improvement initiatives across program operations. * Collaborate with program leadership to identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Provide risk and compliance briefings to senior program leadership. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. * 8+ years of experience supporting quality assurance, compliance management, or risk management for federal or DoD programs. * Experience supporting programs with cybersecurity, data, or enterprise IT environments. * Experience with governance frameworks, program audits, and compliance monitoring. * Active Secret security clearance required (or higher). Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree preferred.
