The Opportunity:
We are expanding and evolving our risk and integrity intelligence capabilities to help identify and act on risk earlier, informed by ethics and culture signals. This role will play a central part in advancing how risk is understood and managed, enhancing and connecting existing capabilities to deliver more integrated and decision-oriented insight.
As the Risk & Integrity Insights Lead, you will scale and strengthen a more integrated and cross-functional capability supporting Ethics, Compliance, Investigations, Employment Law, and Enterprise Risk Management, enabling a more connected view of risk and integrity trends across LEC programs.
Today, valuable data and signals exist across systems and teams, offering important perspectives on risk, ethics, and culture. You will advance how these elements are connected and analyzed enhancing integration, deepening insight, and enabling earlier identification of emerging risks while generating clear, decision-oriented intelligence for leadership and governance forums. This is an expand-and-evolve role requiring strong judgment, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable insight. Success in this role requires thoughtful judgment, clear communication, and the ability to manage sensitive information responsibly. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
What You'll Work On:
  • Drive the expansion and evolution of our risk and integrity intelligence capability, advancing a more integrated, cross-functional approach across Ethics, Compliance, Investigations, Employment Law, and Enterprise Risk Management.
  • Implement the end-to-end insight strategy, framing priority risk questions and delivering decision-oriented insights that enhance leadership visibility into risk, ethics, and culture.
  • Advance the integration of existing data and signal sources into a more connected analytical ecosystem across risk, ethics, and culture.
  • Develop and refine analytical approaches to identify patterns, signals, and behavioral indicators that surface emerging risks and early warning signs.
  • Enable a shift from reactive investigation to proactive risk identification, building on current capabilities to surface early warning signals across risk, ethics, and culture and translates them into clear, actionable insights.
  • Shape how risk is defined, measured, and applied, advising stakeholders on metrics, methodologies, and analytical priorities.
  • Partner with internal analytics and data teams to scale data integration and insight generation to create clear, visually compelling outputs for senior leaders and governance forums.
  • Identify risks earlier and understand the underlying ethics and culture patterns, distinguishing systemic issues from isolated events, driving them across Ethics, Compliance, Risk, and Legal.
  • Make more informed, forward-looking decisions on investigations, employment matters, enterprise risk, and ethics and compliance program effectiveness.
  • Connect existing data and signal sources into a cohesive, enterprise-wide view of risk.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience building or scaling analytics, intelligence, or insight capabilities in complex environments
  • 5+ years of experience working with unstructured data and techniques, such as NLP or large language models
  • Experience advising stakeholders and shaping analytical approaches to business or risk challenges
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across legal, compliance, risk, and business teams
  • Experience creating clear and compelling visualizations and executive-level briefings
  • Experience working with sensitive data in regulated or high-trust environments
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate analysis into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to demonstrate the application of statistical and analytical methods
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
