Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for a Leader, Inclusion Compliance & Risk Management located in New Brunswick, NJ or Tampa, FL.

As the Leader, Inclusion Compliance & Risk Management, you will help develop how Johnson & Johnson approaches workforce compliance, disability and accessibility governance, human capital reporting, and workforce data management. You will work across functions to tackle complex business challenges, strengthen decision-making, and ensure we are prepared for evolving regulatory and partner expectations.

This role sits at the intersection of compliance, analytics, operations, technology, and employee experience. Success requires curiosity, strong business judgment, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across a global organization while turning complex requirements into practical solutions.

Whether improving workforce reporting, strengthening accessibility governance, introducing new technologies, or helping leaders understand emerging risks, you will play a key role in helping Johnson & Johnson make responsible decisions that serve employees, patients, customers, and communities.

What You'll Do

Rather than leading a single program, you'll help connect multiple priorities across compliance, inclusion, accessibility, people analytics, and risk management.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead workforce compliance reporting and human capital disclosure activities, including EEO-1, VETS-4212, pay data, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Help develop enterprise approaches for disability, accessibility, accommodations, and workforce self-identification programs.
  • Identify emerging risks and opportunities and recommend practical actions for leaders.
  • Use data, analytics, and technology to improve reporting processes, simplify work, and generate actionable insights.
  • Support audits, investigations, regulatory inquiries, and other compliance-related activities.
  • Help design sustainable processes, controls, and governance practices that improve business efficiency and manage risk.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will:

  • Build trusted partnerships across functions and geographies.
  • Translate evolving regulations and business challenges into clear actions.
  • Help leaders understand risks, make data-informed decisions, and respond to changing requirements.
  • Advance accessibility and inclusion efforts through practical governance and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to use technology and AI-enabled tools to simplify work and strengthen decision-making.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree minimum

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 6+ years of dynamic experience in HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, People Analytics, Inclusion, ESG/Human Capital Reporting, or a related field.
  • Experience managing workforce data, HR reporting, compliance reporting, governance, controls, operational risk, or related business processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce, human capital, operational, compliance, or risk data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional partners in a consultative or advisory capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data, technology, analytics, or AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, strengthen reporting, support decision-making, or drive process improvement.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting EEO-1, VETS-4212, pay data reporting, ESG, CSRD, human capital disclosures, or similar regulatory processes.
  • Familiarity with disability employment, accessibility, accommodations, disability self-identification, accessible recruiting or learning, digital accessibility, or WCAG-based standards.
  • Experience establishing data governance practices, reporting controls, audit documentation, decision logs, compliance calendars, or risk management mechanisms.
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs in a complex organization, especially work requiring influence across Legal, HR, Technology, Privacy, Finance, data, or business partners.
  • Demonstrated judgment handling sensitive workforce or demographic data, confidential legal or regulatory matters, or issues with potential employee-relations, litigation, reputational, or business impact.
