Job description

Role: Reporting Analyst / Consultant

Location: Sarasota, FL (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ month C2H

Role Summary

The Reporting Analyst/Consultant is responsible for designing, validating, and operationalizing reporting capabilities during and after the migration from FIS Relias to FIS FRP. This role ensures all operational, participant, compliance, financial, executive, and regulatory reporting requirements are accurately transitioned, validated, and optimized within the FRP environment. The role acts as the liaison between business stakeholders, operations, compliance, finance, and technical reporting teams.

Primary Responsibilities

Reporting Inventory & Assessment

  • Inventory all existing Relias  and SIMIS reports; reports  using data from Relias and SIMIS
  • Classify reports by:

o     Operational

o     Compliance

o     Regulatory

o     Client-facing

o     Executive

o     Financial

  • Identify redundant or obsolete reports

Report Migration & Redesign

  • Redesign reports for FRP data structures
  • Validate source data integrity
  • Develop new reporting logic where required
  • Optimize report usability and automation

Data Validation & Reconciliation

  • Validate report outputs against legacy systems
  • Support parallel reporting comparisons
  • Reconcile participant and financial reporting variances
  • Ensure audit traceability

Compliance & Regulatory Reporting

Support reporting requirements for:
