JCW Group is partnering with a regional bank on a search for a Compliance Manager to lead their Compliance Department and help manage regulatory risk across federal/state banking regulations.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the bank's comprehensive compliance program
  • Track regulatory changes and translate them into policy updates
  • Serve as the compliance voice to senior management and the Board
  • Lead self-testing, audits, and exam prep/response
  • Manage a team including Compliance Specialists and an HMDA Specialist


Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related compliance experience
  • B.S./B.A. in a related field (or equivalent)
  • Strong working knowledge of banking regulations and the ability to interpret regulatory/legal documents
  • Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCM) preferred
  • Proven people-management and cross-functional leadership skills
