Compliance Inspector - HOAMCO (Albuquerque, NM)

We are seeking a Full-Time Compliance Inspector to work in our Albuquerque, NM office.

The Compliance Inspector assists in the enforcement of the community's covenants by conducting community inspections within as well as assist with the architectural request process.

Qualifications:

  1. A clean driving record
  2. Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  3. Work well in a team environment
  4. Excellent organizational and computer skills
  5. Familiar with Microsoft Office products

Job Duties:

  1. Learn the community's CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations, and Design Guidelines
  2. Conduct drive through inspections
  3. Follow Board and/or Director requests in regard to Compliance enforcement and Architectural process and procedures
