This is a private equity firm managing several billion dollars in AUM, investing across structured debt and equity in energy and infrastructure. The firm operates with a lean, high-performing team where every person plays a meaningful role.


The Opportunity

The firm's General Counsel/CCO is looking to add a Compliance Associate to help manage a growing workload across compliance, back office, and regulatory functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated compliance professional looking to take on increasing responsibility at a boutique, entrepreneurial platform.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support day-to-day compliance operations across the firm
  • Assist with NDA review and deal-related compliance matters
  • Manage and maintain the compliance calendar
  • Handle annual regulatory filings
  • Conduct marketing material reviews
  • Review brokerage statements
  • Administer the Code of Ethics program
  • Assist with back office functions as needed
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Take on broad-based buy-side compliance responsibilities as they arise


Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in compliance, ideally within investment management
  • Self-starter who can identify work that needs to get done and take initiative without being told
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Responsive and reliable, comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment
  • Able to juggle multiple responsibilities at once
