Position Overview

The Complex Rehab Coordinator is responsible for coordinating patient accounts, facilitating communication among patients, providers, and referral sources, and ensuring all documentation and authorizations are completed accurately and efficiently. Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, medical office administration, or insurance coordination (preferred).
  • High School Diploma or Technical Degree required.
  • MUST HAVE experience with Medicare/Medicaid
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and data entry systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
