Job description

Title: Warehouse Technician
Department: Operations
Reports To: Operations Manager
Supervisory Controls
Performs responsibilities under general direction. The supervisor provides guidance on complex issues and reviews work for accuracy, efficiency, and achievement of service and performance goals.
Major Responsibilities
  • Prepare, stage, and maintain equipment for delivery.
  • Deliver, set up, and retrieve equipment as required.
  • Inspect and process returned equipment for redeployment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and operational warehouse environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills; ability to perform data entry.
  • Experience with computer or equipment repair preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift moderate to heavy items and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, crouching, and working in varying temperatures.
  • Ability to travel and work outside normal business hours when needed.

Physical Demands
  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting.
  • Use of standard office and warehouse tools and equipment.
  • Operation of motor vehicles as required.
