CTG is seeking a Banking Services Operations Associate III for our client. This role provides operational support within a banking services environment, performing exception processing, research, document review, and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with applicable banking regulations and procedures.

Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform exception processing, research, and resolution of complex operational issues.
  • Review and interpret legal and banking documents to support accurate processing.
  • Partner with internal teams, management, and vendors to resolve procedural questions.
  • Support multiple banking systems, products, and business processes.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Perform detailed clerical and operational tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant banking, financial services, or office operations experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and organizational skills.
