Complex Marketing Manager Jobs (NOW HIRING)

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to build and scale the systems, standards, and workflows that enable messaging and positioning to be used consistently across a large, complex marketing organization.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, systems design, AI enablement, and cross functional collaboration. You will translate positioning strategy into practical, reusable frameworks, documentation, enablement resources, and measurement systems that help teams move faster while maintaining consistency and quality.

This is not a traditional content production or campaign management role. The focus is on building the infrastructure that allows marketing and messaging to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Messaging Systems and Architecture

• Own the structure, templates, standards, and lifecycle of core messaging documentation
• Build scalable messaging frameworks that serve as reliable sources of truth across teams
• Establish standards for messaging components, metadata, tagging, versioning, and usage
• Ensure messaging resources are modular, reusable, and structured for AI enabled workflows
• Partner with positioning and strategy leads to translate strategic direction into practical frameworks

Marketing Enablement

• Design and standardize go to market enablement frameworks across product portfolios and key initiatives
• Define reusable components including pitch frameworks, proof points, messaging guidance, and usage standards
• Establish clear guidance around messaging that must remain consistent versus messaging that can be adapted for specific audiences or channels
• Help downstream marketing teams adopt and effectively use established messaging systems

AI Enablement and Scale

• Develop AI ready workflows that reinforce messaging standards and guardrails
• Use AI to improve the speed, scalability, reuse, and consistency of marketing workflows
• Partner with technical and engineering teams to help build and improve scalable solutions
• Monitor quality and identify potential risks within AI assisted messaging workflows

Measurement and Optimization

• Define success metrics for messaging adoption, reach, reuse, consistency, and effectiveness
• Establish practical measurement approaches using qualitative and quantitative signals
• Identify gaps, duplication, or opportunities to improve existing messaging resources
• Use data and feedback to continuously improve systems, standards, and enablement

Cross Functional Leadership

• Partner across Marketing, Product Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and other stakeholder teams
• Drive adoption of new systems and processes across teams without direct authority
• Establish governance standards, escalation paths, and quality controls
• Serve as a subject matter expert for scalable marketing and messaging systems

Required Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling marketing systems, messaging frameworks, enablement programs, or content platforms within a complex organization
• Strong systems thinking, framework design, and pattern recognition skills
• Experience translating high level strategy into practical, repeatable processes and guidance
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive adoption across cross functional teams without direct authority
• Experience partnering with engineering or technical teams to build scalable solutions
• Experience defining success metrics and using data to drive continuous improvement
• Hands on experience using AI to improve scale, efficiency, and consistency
• Strong cross functional communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills
• Previous experience working within Meta

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at the intersection of marketing and technology
• Technical or engineering background with experience transitioning into marketing or marketing systems
• Experience designing AI enabled marketing workflows
• Experience supporting large, matrixed organizations
• Strong adaptability, communication, empathy, and openness to feedback

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means marketing teams can move faster without sacrificing consistency or strategic intent. Messaging and enablement resources are reusable rather than recreated by individual teams, AI is used effectively and responsibly to accelerate work, and teams have clear standards and measurement systems that show what is working and where improvements are needed.

Role type: Contract 9 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week
