POSITION SUMMARY: The Estate Planning specialist is responsible for assisting with customized wealth planning strategies for clients and prospects of the team they join. He or she will work closely with the Advanced Resources Center to develop and deliver comprehensive and integrated planning across a wide array of customized solutions and recommendations including: DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: . Cash flow modeling and liquidity management .

Estate, gift, and generation skipping tax planning . Income tax planning . Retirement and educational tax planning .

Business succession planning . Philanthropic planning . Asset protection and risk management .

Trust Planning . Executive compensation and benefits . Family governance and dynamics .

Family wealth education Such coordination may involve other key areas of the firm including, but not limited to, trust, insurance, lending, retirement planning services, restricted and controlled securities, alternative investments and asset management in the overall client planning process. Education and/or Experience . Advanced degree with a focus in trust and estate planning for high net worth individuals preferred .

Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and communication skills . Strong coaching and presentation skills . A demonstrated commitment to both partnership and teamwork, and initiative to proactively identify and address client needs .

Strong familiarity with financial services / wealth management industry . Active Series 7, 63 and 65 or Series 7 and 66, or successful completion of Series 7 and Series 66 exams within the time frame provided by applicable company policy . Maintain continuing education requirements with focus on areas including estate and tax planning .

Travel required as necessary REPORTS TO: .
