Picture yourself brightening someone's day. When you join our Hotels team, that's exactly what you'll do every time you come to work! As a Complex Director of Sales and Marketing, you're not just overseeing commercial strategies for the hotel - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Drive total revenue performance: Lead sales and marketing efforts across all segments, including group, catering, business transient, and leisure, to achieve revenue goals and profitability targets
  • Develop commercial strategy: Set and execute the hotel's multi-year commercial plan in partnership with on-property and regional leaders, aligning enterprise solutions with local market needs
  • Optimize pricing and business mix: Collaborate with Commercial Leadership to implement pricing strategies, forecast demand, and define the optimal mix of business for each period
  • Analyze performance and convert insights to action: Lead the Sales & Marketing Optimization Process, using data to identify opportunities, adjust tactics, and communicate performance drivers through regular commercial reviews
  • Lead marketing and digital strategy: Oversee B2B marketing, digital campaigns, social media, PR, and online content to strengthen brand presence and demand generation
  • Ensure brand alignment and operational excellence: Oversee sales and marketing activities to ensure consistency with brand standards, corporate identity, and enterprise communication tools
  • Cultivate a high-performing team: Recruit new talent while driving team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
