Case Manager Supervisor
RHD | Program Leadership Role

Are you a strong leader who is passionate about mentoring staff and supporting individuals in achieving housing stability and recovery goals?
RHD is seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager Supervisor to provide oversight, coaching, and leadership to our case management team. In this role, you will ensure high-quality services are delivered while supporting staff development and maintaining compliance with program standards.
This is an opportunity to lead with purpose while still staying connected to direct client services when needed.
What You’ll Do:
Leadership & Staff Development:
  • Provide direct supervision and oversight to case management staff.
  • Conduct regular supervision meetings focused on coaching, performance development, and professional growth.
  • Address performance concerns in collaboration with the Program Director.
  • Foster a supportive, accountable, and values-driven team environment.
Program Oversight & Compliance:
  • Ensure case management services meet all funding source regulations (OHS/HUD and other partners).
  • Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate data collection for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Monitor documentation quality and compliance in electronic and paper records.
Client & Case Coordination:
  • Facilitate client progress review meetings.
  • Support staff with complex or high-acuity cases.
  • Provide direct case management services as needed.
  • Collaborate with emergency housing staff to address challenging situations.
Who You Are:
You are a confident, organized leader who understands both the operational and human sides of case management work. You lead with integrity, cultural humility, and a commitment to excellence.
You are comfortable balancing:
  • Staff supervision.
  • Documentation oversight.
  • Regulatory compliance.
  • Direct client engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3–5 years of case management experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Strong documentation and data management skills.
  • Valid Driver's License for 3 years.
  • Working knowledge of housing and funding regulations (HUD/OHS preferred).
