Advanced Practice Provider - Cardiac Electrophysiology, Anderson/CHVH

We are seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join one of the nation's most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity delivers care in Anderson, IN and in Indianapolis, IN at Community Hospital Anderson and Community Heart and Vascular Hospital.

Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team at our Indianapolis, IN location at Community Hospital Heart and Vascular Hospital. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced APP with recent nursing experience in cardiology or ICU settings.

Cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and cardiac testing oversight EP

Schedule:

  • Tuesdays off
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday in Anderson
  • Friday at CHVH - hospital rounding.
  • 1 in 13 weeks night call (Friday night 9p-7a, Sunday night-Thursday night 9p-7a)
  • 1 in 14 weekends (Saturday/Sunday)

5 Years Advanced Practice Provider experience required

Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification; must maintain certification on an ongoing basis.

Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing; must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority on an ongoing basis.
