Job description

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join their education organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The role requires a creative and analytical thinker with strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, customer analysis, and competitor insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, districts, and educational organizations.
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing content, including case studies, white papers, and webinars
  • Drive brand awareness through targeted marketing campaigns, events, and social media
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Manage and coach the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with education industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization's competitive edge

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
