Job description

Role and Responsibilities
As a member of our Corporate Competitive Intelligence team, the Global Market Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for providing critical competitive sales assets for the team, with a focus on actionable competitive/market intelligence-based deliverables to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Conduct deep, data-driven analyses of competitors, including their strategies, product offerings, pricing models, and market positioning.
  • Report on key market movements, trends, implications, and shifts that impact our stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver Battlecards, Competitive briefs, SWOT's, Rebuttals etc. to enable and empower our global sales organization.
  • In the production of secondary research, leverage AI to accelerate content development while maintaining the integrity of the output.
  • Conduct ad hoc primary research to provide CI support for strategy, as well as sales and marketing initiatives and opportunities
  • Drive adoption of CI best practices, frameworks, and standards across the organization with our extended network of market analysts.
  • Maintain high quality standards for CI outputs, with rigor and accuracy, ensuring insights meet senior-leader expectations.
  • Ensure feedback from sales, tech sales, partners, and customer engagements is systematically captured and reflected in CI outputs.
  • Participate with the CI team to maintain operational effectiveness (dashboards, posts, newsletters, presenting, etc).
  • Work with CI team to raise engagement levels of the larger 3DS intelligence community.
  • Maintain high standards in maintaining ethical CI practices.

Qualifications
  • MS in Engineering, Engineering Management, or similar with an additional 1 years' experience in enterprise software companies
    • Or BS Engineering, Engineering Management, or similar with 5 year' experience in enterprise software companies
  • Background in enterprise software, industrial technology, or engineering-led products.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the English language, with an emphasis on structured, and fact-based communications
  • Logical and analytical thinking.
  • Self-motivated, self-driven to complete routine tasks without supervision.
  • 3DEXPERIENCE dashboard, widget, and best practices expertise is a plus.
  • Experience supporting global sales organizations.

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $90000 and $125000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
