Position Description:

The Manager, Sales Performance – Supply Cloud will improve quota attainment and revenue predictability by strengthening sales execution across the Supply Cloud Account Executive team.

This role centers on hands-on coaching — using Gong to inspect calls and pipeline health, diagnosing deal risk, and accelerating deals that have stalled — combined with owning onboarding and ramp for new AEs. As you coach reps day to day, you’ll surface the enablement content and tools they actually need and partner with Marketing to build them.

What you will do:

  • Partner directly with Account Executives to improve individual and team performance
  • Use Gong to inspect calls, pipeline health, and deal engagement signals
  • Coach AEs on deal strategy, pipeline prioritization, and close planning
  • Identify blockers to deal progression and drive deal acceleration
  • Own onboarding and ramp for new Account Executives
  • Partner with Marketing to build sales enablement content and tools as gaps surface through coaching
  • Run weekly forecast and pipeline review cadences; maintain accurate forecasts
  • Analyze pipeline health, deal progression, and conversion trends; report on KPIs including quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy
  • Establish and reinforce pipeline hygiene and forecasting standards
  • Other duties as assigned.


What you will bring:   

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, sales leadership, or sales operations–adjacent roles
  • Strong understanding of enterprise or mid-market sales motions
  • Proven ability to coach Account Executives without carrying a quota
  • Experience with Gong or a similar conversation intelligence platform
  • High comfort with pipeline analysis, forecasting, and deal inspection
  • Experience building onboarding or ramp programs is a strong asset
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales reporting tools


Compensation

Salary Range: $120,000 - 150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
