Job Title: Sales Operations amp; Development Intern
Job Description:
The Sales Operations amp; Development Intern will work closely with our senior sales team to support various sales and operational activities. This role will provide valuable experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with a strong interest in sales and business development.
Responsibilities:
  • Sales Enablement:
  • Create and update sales presentations and materials using PowerPoint.
  • Assist in the development of sales proposals and other sales documents.
  • Research and compile competitive intelligence.
  • Lead Generation amp; Data Management:
  • Generate targeted lists of potential leads using online research tools.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer data in HubSpot CRM.
  • Conduct data cleanup and ensure data accuracy in HubSpot.
  • Assist with lead qualification and initial outreach.
  • Sales Operations Support:
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Assist in the creation of sales training materials.
  • Market Research:
  • Research potential new markets.
  • Research potential new product offerings.
  • Content Creation:
  • Assist in creation of communication to account team members, including company updates and information regarding new launches
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager and Customer Success specialist to Assist in follow up calls to partners.
  • Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and business development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.1
  • Familiarity with CRM2 systems (HubSpot preferred) is a plus.
