REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have:

Prior patent prosecution experience (as an agent or attorney).

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Graduate degree a plus.

Demonstrated experience working with mechanical technologies.

The ability to handle chemical or materials science patent applications as needed.

Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills.

USPTO and admission to a state bar from a relevant state (or wave-in capability) required.
