We are seeking associates (Rechtsanwälte) (m/f/d) to join our IP/Tech practice at our Düsseldorf and Stuttgart offices.

At Gleiss Lutz, we treat IP/Tech as a dedicated practice area within a dynamic, internationally-oriented business law firm. Our lawyers benefit from our full service approach, which allows us to provide comprehensive advice in IP/Tech with its numerous interfaces to other areas of law – such as competition/antitrust, public business law and IT law.

Your role

Be at the forefront of transformation – advising on Unified Patent Court, green brands, AI, and IoT issues.

The IP/Tech practice area comprises the following fields:

  • Patents
  • Trademarks
  • Unfair competition law and its regulatory aspects (ESG, product compliance)
  • Digital economy (software, data, AI, IoT)
  • IP transactions (licences, cooperations)
Your profile
  • State examinations with grades of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
  • Ideally, relevant experience in IP/Tech
  • Business-fluent English, preferably acquired abroad
  • Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate welcome
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, a focus on solutions, dedication, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
