MedStar Health is interviewing for an ACNP or PA Nocturnist Hospitalist in Leonardtown, MD.

We are offering a signing/retention bonus of up to $20,000 for this opportunity!

This 100% inpatient position offers you the opportunity to work with a highly collaborative team doing admissions and cross coverage for medical patients with access to the resources provided by a large healthcare system. In this inpatient setting, you will work a night shift schedule while enhancing our current Hospital Medicine Model. Our clinicians are expected to focus on evidenced based medicine in order to improve patient quality, safety, throughput, and improved patient experience and communication. Given our robust Post-Graduate Training Program, new grads will be considered for this position.

Job Summary - Performs a variety of duties such as history and physicals as well as providing care to assigned patients. Assesses, diagnoses, documents findings, and writes medical orders. Makes clinical decisions relative to patient management through collaboration with physicians.
