What You'll Do:


  • Partner with Compensation Advisory, Executive Compensation, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and external vendors to support the administration and delivery of Nutrien's Long-Term Incentive (LTIP) programs
  • Serve as a key resource for LTI-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to participants, HR teams, and business stakeholders
  • Prepare, validate and submit monthly LTIP administrative files, ensuring data accuracy through detailed audits, reconciliations and quality checks
  • Support the preparation of quarterly Board materials, annual proxy disclosures, and other executive compensation reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with Executive Compensation, Finance, Accounting and Tax teams to support quarterly and year-end reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities related to LTIP programs
  • Analyze compensation and LTIP data to identify trends, resolve issues, and support business decision-making
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel-based models, reports, dashboards, and Power BI solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data insights
  • Ensure variable compensation programs align with business objectives and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Support the administration of Annual Compensation Programs, including data validation, reporting, testing, and process execution
  • Participate in compensation projects, process improvements, system enhancements, and testing activities to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain or enhance excel and Power BI-based tools and reporting as of part continuous improvements efforts
  • Model Nutrien’s core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment


What You'll Bring:


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Compensation, Finance, HR Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Copilot
  • Experience developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI or similar reporting tools is preferred
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work effectively under reporting and project deadlines
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of applicable compensation regulations and governance requirements
