ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Project Manager at Woodmont Real Estate Services will be responsible for managing and executing property development projects, renovations, and major repairs. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and property owners. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader with strong organizational skills and a proven track record in project management within the real estate or property management industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead, plan, and execute property management projects, including renovations, repairs, and development.
  • Collaborate with property owners, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and permits.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, risks, and progress.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Resolve issues, delays, and conflicts that arise during project execution.
  • Maintain project documentation and records.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Travel is required throughout Woodmont’s Northern California portfolio, which includes the Greater Bay Area, North Bay, and Sacramento region.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within property management or real estate.
  • Strong understanding of property management operations, construction, and maintenance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and property management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, Access, Word and Excel
  • PMP certification or similar is a plus.
  • Contractor’s License preferred

COMPENSATION

Woodmont Real Estate Services has detailed the expected hourly rate for this role to be $90,000 - $125,000 annually*.

*This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including benefits and perks outlined above.
