The Senior Compensation Analyst serves as a subject-matter expert in compensation, providing market analysis, job evaluation, salary recommendations, pay equity analysis, incentive administration, and compensation reporting, while supporting the ongoing evolution of Zeus' global job architecture, salary structures, and pay-for-performance programs.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experienceย 
  • 5 years of professional analytical, finance, project management, or generalist/payroll experience, with at least two years of compensation analyst experienceย 
  • Strong project management skills, ability to meet strict guidelines, and navigate a fast-paced environment that requires consistent follow-up with stakeholdersย 
  • Knowledge and experience with state and federal labor laws related to compensation (FLSA, pay equity requirements, etc.)ย 
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),ย 
  • Proven ability to interface with business leaders across an organization to achieve business goalsย 
  • Proven ability to be flexible, juggling multiple tasks, shifting priorities simultaneouslyย 

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and techniques, including market pricing and benchmarking.ย 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, make data-driven recommendations and manage large, complex data sets.ย

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Compensation certification a plusย 
  • Experience working with team members from dispersed geographic locations, virtually and in-personย 
  • Experience working with Oracle or similar Human Resource Information System (HRIS) a plusย 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth company as a self-starterย 
  • Supporting the administration of the Company's global compensation programs, policies, and salary structures while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking utilizing Culpepper, PayScale and other market survey sources to evaluate external competitiveness and internal pay equity.
  • Evaluate new and existing positions through job analysis, leveling, and compensation assessment to ensure alignment with the Company's job architecture framework.
  • Partner with Senior Manager of Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources Business Partners to provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, market adjustments, retention actions, and reorganizations.
  • Analyze compensation trends and workforce data to identify pay compression, internal equity concerns, geographic differentials, and market movement.
  • Support the annual compensation planning process, including merit increases, promotions, incentive payouts, salary structure updates, and budget modeling.
  • Conduct pay equity analyses and support compliance with applicable federal, state, and international pay transparency legislation.
  • Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, utilizing HRIS, business intelligence, and reporting tools.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of salary structures, pay grades, geographic differentials, and compensation guidelines.
  • Partner with HRIS and Payroll teams to ensure compensation data is accurately maintained within Oracle Fusion HCM and supporting systems.
  • Support compensation-related system testing, data validation, configuration changes, and implementation activities.
  • Develop compensation models and financial analyses to support business decisions, organizational restructuring, acquisitions, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Assist in the administration of annual bonus and other incentive compensation programs, including eligibility reviews, calculations, validations, and reporting.
  • Review and audit compensation transactions to ensure compliance with company policies, salary administration guidelines, and applicable regulations.
