Analytica is seeking motivated students and early-career professionals to join our 2027 Summer Associate Internship Program an open opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple functional areas of the organization.

Interns will be placed on teams aligned with their academic background, interests, and business needs. Participants will contribute to meaningful projects, gain exposure to industry tools and practices, and develop professional skills in a collaborative environment.

This internship program supports career exploration across both technical and business disciplines, offering real-world experience supporting operational, analytical, and strategic initiatives.

Interns may be aligned to one of the following areas:

Data Science Intern
  • Assist with data analysis, modeling, and exploratory data analysis
  • Support development of machine learning or statistical models
  • Prepare datasets for analysis and validation
  • Create dashboards, visualizations, and analytical summaries
  • Document methodologies and findings for stakeholders

Data Engineering Intern
  • Support development and maintenance of data pipelines

Core Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree
  • Strong interest in learning and professional development
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications(Varies by internship track)
  • Data Science: Python, R, statistics, machine learning coursework
  • Data Engineering: SQL, databases, cloud platforms, or scripting experience
  • Finance: Accounting, finance, or economics coursework
  • Contracts / Business Operations: Business, legal studies, public administration, or related field
  • HR: Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related coursework
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Experience working on team projects
