Job description

Join the Play. Lead With Purpose. Practice Ethically.

Built on play and guided by science, My World ABA is an intensive outpatient ABA clinic serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across Missouri. We believe meaningful behavior change happens through connection, motivation, reinforcement, and joy.

We are seeking a BCBA who wants to deliver high-quality care while being supported by strong clinical leadership, ethical caseloads, and a collaborative team culture.

If you are looking for a BCBA role where your clinical integrity is protected and your work-life balance is respected – this is the position you’ve been waiting for.

Why My World ABA?

We’ve built this role around what BCBAs actually want:

· Ethical caseloads designed to protect client outcomes and clinical well-being

· Weekly clinical leadership check-ins for case support, problem-solving, and mentorship

· Reinforcement-based, play-focused model rooted in evidence-based ABA

· Strong systems and clinical infrastructure – you are never practicing in isolation

· A values-driven organization that prioritizes dignity, assent, and meaningful skill development

Your Role

As a BCBA with My World ABA, you will oversee individualized ABA programming and provide clinical leadership to your treatment teams.

You will be responsible for:

· Conducting and interpreting assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, and other evidence-based tools)

· Developing function-based behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs

· Monitoring client progress through data analysis and clinical decision-making

· Supervising, training, and supporting RBTs through structured feedback and collaboration

· Participating in weekly clinical check-ins with leadership for case review and professional support

· Collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers when appropriate

Our Clinical Philosophy

We are committed to:

· Play-based, child-led intervention

· Reinforcement-based teaching

· Assent-driven, trauma-informed care

· Ethical, socially meaningful behavior change

· Data-driven, evidence-based decision-making

We do not run high-pressure, compliance-based models – and we don’t expect our clinicians to sacrifice quality for volume.

Minimum Qualifications

· BCBA certification (active and in good standing)

· Missouri LBA or ability to obtain Missouri state licensure

· Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder

· Strong foundation in ABA assessment, programming, and supervision

· Ability to work independently while collaborating within the clinical team

Compensation and Benefits

· $85,000 - $95,000 annually (based on experience)

· Full-time in person position in at the Springfield clinic

· Ongoing clinical mentorship and leadership support

· Opportunity for professional growth within a growing organization
