Compensation data analytics is the process of collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to employee compensation, such as salaries, bonuses, and benefits. AI tools can automate routine data processing and analysis tasks, but the role of a data analyst involves interpreting complex data, providing insights, and communicating findings, which require human judgment and domain expertise.
