  • Ontwikkelen, optimaliseren en implementeren van het belonings- en arbeidsvoorwaardenbeleid.
  • Uitwerken en beheren van Compensation & Benefits-projecten, waaronder ons meritsysteem.
  • Uitvoeren van salarisbenchmarks en marktanalyses om onze concurrentiepositie te bewaken en te versterken.
  • Analyseren van salarisdata en vertalen naar concreet advies voor HR en management.
  • Opstellen van periodieke rapportages over loonkosten, overuren, afwezigheden, vakantie en ziekte.
  • Beheer van het wagenpark, de autolease en de fietsleasing.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen over loon, arbeidsvoorwaarden en sociale wetgeving.

Payroll — een vast en essentieel onderdeel van de functie

  • Instaan voor de tijdige en correcte verwerking van de maandelijkse payroll, samen met HR Support en het sociaal secretariaat, voor zowel arbeiders, bedienden als chauffeurs.
  • Berekenen en controleren van vakantiegeld, eindejaarspremie en andere looncomponenten.
  • Correcte toepassing van de sociale en fiscale wetgeving in de loonverwerking.

  • Je hebt een relevante bacheloropleiding afgerond en beschikt over een gedegen kennis van en ervaring in payroll — dit is essentieel voor de functie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met of een sterke affiniteit voor Compensation & Benefits en wil je hierin verder ontwikkelen.
  • Je hebt sterke Excel-vaardigheden (o.a. draaitabellen en geavanceerde formules) en kan hiermee salarisdata vlot analyseren en visualiseren.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en vertaalt data naar helder advies.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van en interesse in wet- en regelgeving. Kennis van PC 140.03, PC 226 en PC 301 is een pluspunt.
  • Je beheerst zowel Nederlands, Engels en Frans, mondeling en schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en discreet.
  • Ervaring met Protime en Eblox is een pluspunt.
