Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience withย Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement)ย modules (Sales, Service, etc.)
  • Hands-on expertise in:
    • C#, .NET, Dataverse plug-ins, Custom APIs
    • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Experience withย Dataverse customizationย (entities, forms, views, relationships)
  • Proficiency inย JavaScript, HTML, CSSย for UI customization
  • Experience inย system integrationsย using REST/OData and Azure services
  • Familiarity withย Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong understanding ofย security models and role-based access
  • Experience working inย Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and developย custom solutions in Dynamics 365 (CE)ย usingย Dataverse
  • Build and extend applications using:
    • Model-driven apps & Canvas apps
    • Power Automate workflows
  • Developย server-side componentsย such as:
    • Plug-ins, Custom APIs, and workflows usingย C#, .NET
  • Implementย client-side customizationsย usingย JavaScript and D365 Client APIs
  • Integrate D365 with external systems using:
    • REST / OData APIs
    • Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps)
  • Configureย business logic, security roles, and business rules
  • Design and manageย CI/CD pipelinesย usingย Azure DevOps
  • Followย Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)ย and governance best practices
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
