Responsibilities & Qualifications

Strong claims organizations are built by strong leaders. We're looking for an experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Manager to lead a team of claim professionals while helping shape strategy, develop talent, and drive exceptional service for our customers.

In this role, you'll oversee a team handling workers' compensation claims from investigation through resolution, serving as a trusted resource on complex claim matters while providing coaching and support to help team members grow in their careers. You'll have the opportunity to influence both day-to-day claim operations and larger department initiatives, using data, trends, and performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement and celebrate team successes.

Beyond claims expertise, we're seeking a leader who enjoys developing people. Whether it's mentoring adjusters, guiding performance conversations, building team capability, or helping employees reach their next career milestone, you'll play a key role in fostering a high-performing and engaged team.

The ideal candidate brings several years of workers' compensation claim handling experience, proven leadership success, and the ability to balance customer service, claim quality, and business results. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative leadership style are essential.

Professional designations such as AIC, AINS, CPCU, or other continuing education are valued, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field and any required claims licensing.

If you're looking for an opportunity where you can make an impact through both leadership and claims expertise, we'd love to hear from you.
