• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake evaluations to identify clients’ mental health concerns and create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, to encourage client growth and resilience.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and monitor progress through regular feedback and assessments.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who may struggle with transportation or prefer virtual communication, ensuring accessibility to essential mental health services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards, while using a designated electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with the latest therapeutic trends.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Virginia.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Exhibit empathy, support, and an open-minded approach to client care, creating a safe therapeutic environment.
• Effective organizational skills and time management to balance a caseload effectively, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.

• Experience working in diverse settings with varied client populations is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and techniques.
• Previous experience with teletherapy is a plus, ensuring seamless client interaction and support.

• Competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
