You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. This role provides the unique opportunity to advocate for and empower young individuals in navigating their mental health journeys, fostering resilience and personal growth while supporting educational success.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, specifically with children and adolescents.
  • Comprehensive understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and a passion for applying them in a school-centric environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with students, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in school-based mental health settings or educational environments strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with holistic and integrative treatment approaches that consider the wider context of students’ lives.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital documentation tools and telehealth platforms for patient assessment and therapy.
