At Couples Compass Counseling, you'll work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. • An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Proven ability to foster a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach towards client experiences and challenges.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and time management abilities for effective caseload management.

• Previous experience in a private practice or outpatient facility.
• Experience providing therapy for various mental health issues, including addiction treatment and recovery processes.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to conduct effective remote therapy sessions.

• Annual salary between USD 70,000 and 100,000, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
