This role supports a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized counseling to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on both immediate concerns and long-term mental health strategies.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Implement coping strategies and life skills training to empower clients in managing their mental health challenges effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring all documentation reflects accurate progress notes and treatment updates.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in counseling practices and promote best practices throughout the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from young adults experiencing anxiety and depression to families navigating relational issues and other life transitions. Our client population embraces diversity, creating opportunities for counselors to practice cultural sensitivity and adaptability in their therapeutic approaches. Understanding the unique experiences of each individual will be crucial in tailoring effective treatment strategies.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• An active state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload size.
