We are looking for an established Pet Partner team or certified canine team to support our hospice patients with animal companionship and supportive presence! Elevation Hospice is a small hospice team committed to our patients and their families in serving them throughout the end of life process. All pets have to be certified through he Pet Therapy alliance training program.

We recognize the "paw"sitive power of animal companionship, and incredible memory recall that an animals presence can have with individuals facing dementia. As a volunteer with Elevation Hospice, you'd be joining a team that recognizes death as a part of life, with such testimony and grace.
