Overview

JOB TITLE: Project Manager, Enterprise Business Solutions 

Description: 

Lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to completion with a strong understanding of project management methodologies, a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and excellent communication and leadership skills. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of business analysts and project administrators in support of administrative services functions including human resource management, financial management and reporting, facilities management, asset management, etc. 

  • Coordinate efforts with software partners in planning and maintaining our ERP and administrative services systems

  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and tracking systems to ensure the successful completion of projects. 

  • Delegates and oversees the process of EBS related projects. 

  • Manage project resources, including budget, staff, and vendor relationships. 

  • Lead cross-functional teams and work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure project goals are met. 

  • Measures and mitigates risks, communicates concerns, project status, and changes to stakeholders, management, executive leaders, and team members. 

  • Manage project scope and change control processes to ensure projects stay on track. 

  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates on project progress, risks, and issues. 

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time. 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and project teams. 

  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies. 

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Certificates: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

  • 5 – 10 years of related experience. 

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
