We're actively hiring Rental Equipment Technicians across all skill levels for Shop Service and Field Service positions in Willis, Texas.
What You'll Do as a Rental Equipment Technician:
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on Mustang's expanding rental fleet
  • Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems
  • Service a wide range of heavy equipment, compact construction machinery, and aerial lift equipment
  • Maintain reliability and performance to ensure customer satisfaction

What You Bring:
  • Must own proper tools to perform repairs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous mechanic work or military experience
  • Understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform quality repairs independently or with guidance

Additional Experience Strongly Preferred:
  • Technical degree or certificate from a trade school
  • Experience working on heavy equipment, compact construction equipment, and man lifts
  • Background with hydraulic pumps, valves, and motor systems
  • Welding or fabrication experience
