About the POSITION:

Adult NP needed for the outpatient clinic in Queens, NY (South Jamaica)

Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Office Closed from 12 noon to 1 pm daily

RESPONSIBILITIES:

An Internal Medicine position

  1. Evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for patients with acute illness.
  2. Preventive care, consisting of periodic physical examination, immunizations, health education and preventive screening.
  3. Treatment, counseling, and referral for rehabilitation for maintenance of patients with chronic conditions.
  4. Coordination of specialty services for consultation and treatments.
