Job Summary

As a home health Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients in the comfort of their own homes, providing personalized care to help them recover from injury or illness. You will provide skilled therapy services to improve quality of life and promote independence in the home setting.

Job Responsibilities

· Assess the rehabilitative needs of our home-bound clients with comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan

· Promote independence in the home setting through therapeutic intervention and modify treatment plan as needed

· Educate patients, families, caregivers regarding home exercise program, safety, falls prevention

· Supervise Assistants as needed

· Communicate effectively with all team members

· Maintain patient records in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy to ensure quality standard of care. Education Undergraduate or Masters Degree

Requirements

· California Occupational Therapist license

· Current driver’s license

· Automobile insurance
